- there's so many characters but, can't seem to really care about them. there's one or two here and there but, not to the extent i was expecting. - the ghoul lore is really, really welldone. very moved by that. - but, i think some aspects of the lore are a cop-out for certain... plot armour? overpoweredness? in theory, i like that kaneki got tortured. but, i don't like that him getting tortured is explained by ghoul lore to have became super op and then, to suddenly unlock this super savage and hero complex mentality. i want a more substantial character development arc. (from the males in the comment section, i can tell that the sudden change was made into this "aurafarming" they lovedddd but. nah.) - most of the things involving the ghoul investigators are kinda boring.
