Around page 52 there was a really interesting mini lecture on who owns history, and whether you can be interested in historical objects for their objectivity rather than their relationship to wars, kings, empires, etc.

Page 86 ended a somewhat hypocritical and self congratulating lecture on philosophy that I thought felt like a waste of space.
