Ezra is definitely an interesting character, similar to Callum in a morally grey kind of way - kind of initially framed as the villain but tbf they don’t really feel very villainous

I did thoroughly enjoy libbys chapter actually - a little predictable but I didn’t mind. I really just do think the book itself is trying to doo too much though like there’s too many storyline to follow once again. As soon as it gets interest the chapter ends and you’re pulled out of the story which was the same beef I had with the strength of the few.

I don’t hate it but idk I am struggling in the same way I did with the first really like plot is interesting so far and I want to know what happens but the execution is falling flat

It very much feels like the first book so far which is again neither here or there. Not much has happened but also nothing I despise either.

i’m kind of nervous because the reviews are so mixed? like nothing in me wanted to read the second book beyond the last chapter and now i’m just conflicted. saw one of the reviews saying nothing happens until like 25% and then it gets good so we will see how it goes ig
