both the romance and the plot maybe are a bit predictable but still enjoyed it and liked the main characters a lot

I'm there for the characters. If I'm not falling in love with them, I'm losing my focus and there is no enjoyment of reading. I like Rune so far, and Gideon is intriguing! Hopefully I will feel positively about them when I will finish my reading ☺️
