I'm interested in medieval historical fiction, especially accurate depictions of women's history, but I'm 15% in and the book feels like Christian propaganda. I hope this tells a good fictional tale based on history and does not preach to me about the benefits of being a good Christian. I loved the book Matrix, but this is not that.
