For me personally, this is an extremely tough book to consume for a variety of reasons. I’m so happy she was able to share her story, and do it well, while advocating (such strength and resilience she had). However, reader friends of mine considering this memoir, please be advised that it is graphic and can be extremely triggering given the amount of detail around her abuse and lived experiences. 🤍
