the writing is pretty meh but is it wrong to say i lowkey expected it since i dont have a high standards for romantasy anymore or....?

the plot is pretty fine though, i like the idea of a dragon hiring a dragon slayer to find a cure. one thing i can't grasp my head around, abel is trained in dragon slaying and went to school for it, he's even 2nd best. but dragon slaying school appraently dont teach u human combat??
