Oh Rey, it's SO good and SO sad. :(I've had a lump in my throat for the whole time I've been reading it.
Every. Single. Time. I go into Dymocks, I pull this book out and look it and yet I never leave with it. Clearly, I'm an idiot.
I'm dying to read something set in Humpty Doo! My best mate from childhood lives there. She has a tiny jacuzzi set in the grass on her massive bushland block. We sip cocktails & watch the wallabies :)
Of course, I'll be devastated if it's written by someone who is completely ignorant about the NT. Nothing worse than stupid stereotypes!

Sorry, Jo. Yes the Northern Territory is where the book is set. I'm just REALLY hoping it's not the usual Crocodile Dundee crap!
