Side note; this wasn’t amazingly awesome, it was great(?) good, and leagues better than the shitty books I was rereading lately, ugh that phase.

But, it also was missing that something*, that made me completely fall in love.. I think, it has to do with these books and their stories being so short. I would’ve preferred the mcs being more fleshed out. Idk. Just almost meh like towards this. It had such potential.

I don’t even recall the names of the mcs or the plot of the first book, bc this one had me enthralled almost. Better ending too, although I also would’ve liked more out of this story, more of the mcs hea.

And I may go back to read the books I skipped now

Skipping the second and third book bc the synopsis seemed uninteresting and I was not invested in those characters from the first book, and really though, I’d rather have the mcs from the first book have continued their story with another book. I’d read more about them. But seems there won’t be?? Unless they show up in the other books as background, or guest appearance like.
Bleh. This books seems promising though.
