chapter 50 (13H6M left) this book feels like a warm hug and forehead kiss after reading so much garbage, like actually just blows just about everything i’ve read right out of the water, the black water to be specific.

i’m honestly down to just 5 star this book right now i don’t even care how it ends, this has been the most enjoyable read i’ve ever had, the whole plot is wonderful i love every single character in this book, everything is perfectly written to where everything has detail in my mind every scene is movie quality and i don’t know what im gonna do when i finish this book.

Pretty much every scene is written wonderfully to the point where i can envision the setting perfectly, the house, the flood, the river it’s like it’s painted in perfect colour in my mind, for some reason it’s the house from the notebook

This book ticks off like every single box i got, it’s got a fish monster disguised as a fine ass woman it’s got great pacing and i’m so interested in what’s gonna happen next, the whole baby thing is great too because that’s gonna be another fish monster and i’ve got no idea where this is going, which is great because i hate knowing what is going to happen
