What do you mean he treats a patient whose husband cheats, she takes the credit card and goes to Trinidad & Tobago to sleep with lots of men, comes back with gonorrhoea and the doctor says she has “purulent monsoons” coming from both HER Trinidad and Tobago 🤣🤣 I’m fucking dead this book is a proper laugh
