OKAY. I knew ‘Violet Eaton’ was a familiar character name. She spoke about four older brothers and a quaint small town & I kept thinking; “This has to be another series right?”. Completely forgot I read Chestnut Springs and THOSE are her brothers. this is awesome

I am not even 1/4 of the way done this book and I'm in love with Cole. Totally different compared to his brother. He also hates Patrick because of what he did to DD and I was holding a grudge about that.

I really need to go to bed but this is so interesting and Cole doesn’t seem as stupid as his brother. I have kind of forgiven him for the jockey thing in book one

Elsie Silvers writing is so good I’m back for Cole’s book even though I do not like him. He’s tolerable compared to his brother. Vaughns fucking stupid as hell. I’m still mad about that. She flew too close to the sun with Vaughn. Made him too much like a real man.
