The prose in this book so far is really weird. Like there’s no establishment when scenes change and the narrator speaks in a kind of quirk-chungusy way, kind of how I wrote like in middle school or something. I don’t know how much of this is due to translation, but I suspect a lot of it comes from the original Swedish.
