The Other Mommy encounters continue to escalate. Bela's relationship with her parents and their relationship with each other continues to keep me hooked and wanting to read more.

Someone else has seen Other Mommy for the first time... she's getting stronger!

This book is off to a very strong start. Other Mommy is incredibly creepy and the narrator being a child that doesn't really understand what's going on is the perfect perspective to tell such a story from. Bela is learning about Other Mommy with the audience. Bela trying to go to sleep as Other Mommy watches her from the closet is peak horror.
