There seem to be a lot of inaccuracies so far. The name of John and Makiala's daughter is different but it could just be a nickname used in the third book. Then the kid that drove John down into Raven Rock seemed to not know John married Makiala. Scales wife's name is different. It feels like William didn't refresh his memory of the story and neither did his editor.
