I normally don't write reviews until I have finished a book. However, this time I didn't want to forget what I was thinking at this moment. This book is exactly why we read. This book is a wonderful ode to middle age and being proud of that. All wrapped in a fantasy story. I am sipping wine while reading instead of my normal tea and rarely do I feel this connected to the story.
