I don’t want this to end. It’s honestly one of THE most incredible reading experiences I’ve ever had.
The detail. The back and fourth, past and present. The SLOWEST of burns.
Every time I open it up I know exactly where I’ve left off. I don’t think my brain has ever retained so much.

Okay I am sooo into this. 30 pages in - lets go!
The world building is fantastic, the smells, the sounds, the sea! I'm basically watching a film in my head.
I didn't know this, but the chapters alternate between the present and the past, so the pace is spot on, but each chapter is so rich with information.
Can't wait to finish work and carry on reading.
