UGH so fucking pedantic and overwritten. I shouldn't even be finishing this.
I can tell that the author heard '3 times is the charm' and decided to make that their whole personality. Everything needs to be stated at least 3 times, or it never happened!
At first I thought I hated the subject, but now I realize it's the writing style I loathe. The plot is also stupid but the writing should be a crime, too. UUUGHH
