There should've been more focus on SCs like Mairi and Louise, as well as the town shipping them, I think. Now that it was revealed who was painting those S+L hearts, I feel like it wasn't impactful because we didn't see much of the possible culprits, or the consequences (other than Simo panicking).

I personally wouldn't have forgiven him but I'm petty idk

I kinda wish we saw more of the side characters. Miss M.'s "grandma" role in Luca's life, Jacob being into Luca, Mairi being into Simo...

I think it's so charming that it was mentioned at the start that Luca can't raise just one eyebrow and throughout the whole book we see him always raise both eyebrows haha
