it's so refreshing to read a book that really pushes how discomfort can lead to the most unexpected connections during a time where there is so much overused therapy speak to pretty much optimize life to avoid any inconvenience or discomfort when that showing up for others and pushing past initial disagreements is what makes life so special. so good man.
