She took Wren to Australia for a month then came back with his mom and took him back. He bought them a new home to start fresh. He keeps work separate. Paige had baby and went to Italy. Piper is a friend. They get married. Waiting for marriage in her request to prove he’d do anything for her. She’s Mrs Rossi. Murderous cousin Lucas. Betrothed brother Joey.
Book 1 was fine, this was weak. 2 stars.

Families don’t have a problem they break what marriage contract, since Paige left him.
His father isn’t dead and came back to kill him and make Joey betray him and take over. Dad kidnaps a Sailor, shoots Piper, makes Keir kill Roberto (who knew he’d fathered Paige’s baby whole time). Keir’s mom kills the dad to protect her boys and Sailor. Keir lets Sailor go since she doesn’t want to live mafia life.

Her parents show up again and she rejects him again? I don’t get it. I am annoyed by mafiosi Roberto who wants horrible Paige. All the betrayal talk , his death is coming.

Paige has run off, Keir thinks he’s chosen Sailor. Sailor runs into mafia rival at club, they have sex again, he says he loves her in front of his brother.

With him not remembering having sex with Paige, she probably pregnant with someone else’s baby. Sailor still doesn’t know. Fun that Keirs mom likes Sailor and the baby, even though she was initially awful about how she’d never be family.

Naturally he got Paige pregnant who claims it’s a boy. Even if she’s faking it, he still slept with her after she tried to torture Sailor. Tell me how this makes sense. Can no one write a good mafia book?!?

Oh shit, he stayed engaged to the woman who tried to kill her. He’s trying to make her a side piece which she said she’d never do. This piece of shit. Why is she letting him push her around again?!? She’s your daughter, all this because you want her to “know her father”? You are dumb. He’s in the mafia! Stupid.

Where does this asshole get off thinking he can force her back to NYC while he marries someone else.
