This could be his best novel. I’m gonna re-read it, and see if it tops The Far Cry, and His Name Was Death. Sometime soon, I will also re-read The Screaming Mimi, which might also be my pick for his best novel. I was gonna read The Screaming Mimi ahead of this one, but I’m just too impatient to rediscover Night of the Jabberwock. I remember being absolutely dazzled.
