I picked Kataraina back up after a long hiatus after my toddler deleted my library from my e-reader. I bought a physical copy and found it difficult to find where I left off because of the non-linear narrative. But after a few days with the book I'm right back in, the characters and writing are so rich and visceral that they have stayed with me. I am looking forward to reading more but will be sad to finish.
