Page 94, and this cosmic horror keeps forgetting the horror. I was sold demons, cruel gods, occult NYC, and annihilation. Instead: Julie does coke, drinks, loves Sarah. Repeat.
The queer romance isn’t the problem—it’s the execution. Give me two women in love while a Lovecraftian nightmare tears Manhattan apart. Just make me care.
I know Julie’s vices. I know she loves Sarah.
Get to the fucking abyss.
