Divergent was a huge part of my childhood and I was so excited when I first picked this up. The nostalgia, the familiarity of the characters, the fire of rebellion is just *chef kiss*. Now that I'm half way in though it just feels like a book written purely for the nostalgia. It feels tired and a little like a cash grab.
