Okay, but the therapy speak isn’t my style and I don’t agree with everything he says. If I’m brutally honest it reminds me of my sister, who has been in therapy for decades but is still stuck. I can see how writing can/will be therapeutic, and I will trust the process, but some of my gut reactions to the book are just about his material and not my story. Hmmm.
