The cover art on my 1993 Mass Market PB could mislead unsuspecting bystanders to falsely believe that this old lady is into Romance novels (as was her grandmother before her, (⚆_⚆)Phyllis Whitney anyone?), as happened today. I was reading while waiting for my car to undergo the annual state safety inspection.
Not the sort of cover art suggestive of an avid SF reader.
