Michael also gets his driver's license and they discover he does not know his true birthday or his real last name. Michael also works hard to improve his grades and become smarter.

So far in The Blind Side Michael Oher has joined a private school even though he was considered too dumb, but the principal felt bad for Michael. One of his teachers even said, "He was just stupid" (page 46). As the book goes on Michael begins succeeding in school and on the basketball and football teams. My prediction is one of Michael's teachers may get him in trouble and he will not be able to play sports anymore.
