Just like the Power of Now i fear this book gives no socio economic context or any other context for that matter. I’m currently on the page where it says to “think only good thoughts” Seeing as I am currently on my existentialism kick, I know this book will continue to ruffle my feathers. Avoiding all bad thoughts is not the solution.
