personally a good choice, easy read for me after hardcore sci-fi... a lighter fantasy romance series i need to continue... but this is hooking me so far tbh!!! loving the addition of helene's pov. also i was afraid it was gonna be a lot of elias protecting laia but it's refreshing to see HER taking care of him. (and i'm gonna ignore how she even would get his unconscious body onto a horse by herself LOL)
