Honestly, a cool subject but I agree with the reviewer who stated that parts of this book would be better with an objective narrator. Some parts are really passive aggressive towards people who did not agree with Rae-Venter, which is an odd thing to read.

The author is very narrow minded to the point where it’s getting a bit old. She is bamboozled as to why her father supports the boy whose birth certificate says her father is his father despite the DNA results that show that he wasn’t…I mean come on. This feels so privileged to be like “your dna says the man you thought was your father isn’t your father so kick rocks cause your little kids were rude.”

Interesting, though the title is a little bit of a misnomer imo…the GSK is really only part of the book. Interesting to learn more about genetic genealogy.
