This book has really shown me that all lives are different and you never really know what everyone is going through. Many families and children struggle due the decisions of their parents. Many decisions caused by parents, guardians, or that happen in a household can cause a kid not to really open up to the world or to be more conservative of themselves. Everyone processes family difficulties differently.
