The plot isn’t extremely gravitating to me - but that can be expected of a memoir.
However the language used is very clever (if I owned this book there would be so many annotations!!)
There are a lot of memorable quotes that are worded so interestingly
I really like Elie’s writing style.
It’s relatively fast-paced
