Honestly I almost DNF. I really enjoyed other Amy Daws books but this one was a disappointment. The FMC just got on my nerves way too much. It was just so frustrating to read her calling herself a cow SO MANY TIMES! The first time okay kinda funny in the context but then it just kept going and going. She was also very ungrateful, but then would turn around and keep taking advantage of his property.
