The entire second part is a basically the exact same short story Chimamanda wrote 6 years ago. I gave that short story 5 stars but somehow in the context of this novel, I'm not as blown awat. Is it my current mood? Is it the same characters but the writing is different here? Or is it just boring since I knew exactly what would happen? I'm unsure, but there's a lot more characters so I'm not giving up on this yet.
