C9-why does R sound like he’s revelling in ordering his sister’s death to N? He is scary. Yas arrives, ignores R (as she should, he’s a bitch ass) then hypnotises N? I mean, makes sense since N signed her daughter’s death sentence, I’d do a lot more than hypnotise her.

C8-C&N reunite 8 years after she ditched him? Oo yeah this’ll be good. They’re kind of toxic but why do I want them to get together? I’m insane, that’s why. Ugh why do I have a feeling that N’s love interest is not going to be C but actually R? Please save me.

C7-wasn’t a massive fan of N but she’s grown on me after learning how horrible Gaida was to her when they met as children. 20 years later & G is still obsessed with trying to ruin N? Insanity. But anyways, I love this freaking book.

C5-8yrs later. N got promoted for the exile order, what a load of bullshit. Pink-Pink the chameleon omg. Well at least B gave Yas her title&fortunes back after Y was wrongfully killed. The fact that R is about to fight for the throne after basically ordering his sister’s death is beyond me. I hope he dies. I know there’s a murder in this book & I hope it’s his. Whiny little brat.

C4-well at least F is pissed about it. Neema has to write the exiles?! Well at least Cain (N’s fox bf) thinks exiling her is over the top. Damn exile means getting killed? That’s crazy.

C3-damn, A left a legacy in Y’s name even though it was R’s dream, that’s cold. Bro R just ratted Y out?? Lowkey not liking R, seems like a whiny brat ‘it’s not fair’. Wait did he just seriously exile her? I’m whiplashed & I don’t like it.

C2-Y met a nice Oxman on the boat trip, he’s B’s High Engineer, Fenn. F basically tells Y where to find him if she needs him.. interesting.

C1-yep I’m already locked in with this book & im only 7 pages in. Yana&Ruko just turned 16. Twins&their mother, Yasila, summoned by Emperor Bersun. Their father was a traitor before he died but Bersun seems like a genuine decent guy so far. Sergeant Worthy is taking them to Bersun- Y&R’s dad, Andren, killed his uncle in the rebellion.
