Interesting read. I like how Heyer chose to have a side character be our main narrator rather than William. It allowed us to be a part of main events without comprising the thoughts of Willaim. Great character work, I like how she built relationships and provided little human moments with the men. I thought this would be a slog, but it flowed really well, it was almost a quick read lol

we had no internet at work and I had no service all day. it was HORRIBLE

started this thinking it was a historical romance, made it halfway through and realized nope its not lol
still really well written and once I realized it was plain historical fiction my expectations were managed lol
