This book most likely won’t convince every American reader that their tax dollars are well spent. But I hope most readers will understand that not every civil servant is bumming around - quite the opposite. The essays included do a tremendous job highlighting the tangible and intangible benefits of different bureaus and employees within the federal government. An important and enlightening read, methinks.
