oh my god. nicoles way of writing all the tiny boises that maddie hears is beyond impressive. I read it and I tried to draw conclusions for myself of what Maddie could be thinking based on these noises, before I read the next sentence. I saw myself getting anxious when I read. "the footsteps started sounding farther away." im LOVING reading Maddies POV

WOAHHH!!!! ok 1) slightly more challenging read for me, but it makes me read slower. 2) HOME GIRL MADDIE IS BLIND!!! okay representation!!! Blind AND GAY!!! im so locked in. 3) Saff is a badass. realizing tyler was slowly turning into a zombie. i audibly gasped. 4) Only 1 chapter in and MAN this has hella good plot twists!! 5) although i'm already sick of the word "medication" it's overused. sorry <3
