I'm appreciating this more than anticipated. It's refreshing to read young characters who are mature and sensitive, but also brave. There's plenty of mystery, but constant revelations. The pacing is on point. I'm a little lost on some of the world and political aspects, but I can probably find a summary. Overall very much enjoying this.

So far so good. Seemed like an academic school start but I’m at the point where it might quickly be turning away from that. I appreciated the gesture of the buddy to stick with. Hopefully that can last. I love me some tight friendships.
