I don’t know how long I’ll be reading this book. I want to like it and the concept is enticing. Slow down during hard seasons and give yourself grace to rest… but the author saying to ‘embrace the difficult winter seasons’ comes from a place of privilege that almost enrages me. Most people are not able to sit in a difficult season and embrace it. They are just trying to survive.
