“For now you will heal. You will grow. You will learn. And I promise that while you are the last of your line in this moment, you will never be alone again. You will never see a sunrise where I am not waiting for you.”

My heartttttt ♥️ to feel seen as these dragons see into their chosen riders 😭

“I would have repeated another year if I knew you would be waiting for me at the end of it.”

“But you were not unworthy last year.” Sliseag lifts his head, exposing his throat. “I simply wasn’t available to you. When half of a pair cannot open themselves to a bond, the other must wait, as you have.”

“Say the word and I won’t do much as look at another woman.” His gaze meets mine and I’m trapped again. “Ever.”

“I will choose you everyday until your death or your demise,” Cuir says.
