You know, I think this is only the second time I’ve teared up rereading these books—

Poor Joey.

Fuck Shane, too. But that random dude was nice to Aoife at least— had a good reason to help her, too, poor guy

Good god, I never realized how much both Marie AND Teddy fucked Joey over until rereading this book.

John Kavanagh might be Tadhg, Ollie, and Sean’s dad now; but Tony Molloy has taken that role with Joey since Joey was twelve 😭😭

Well, we finally saw the scene that Shannon told Johnny about in Keeping 13; where Joey started to change for the better because of Aoife before things fucked over a couple months later

Leave it to Gibsie to pop up in this book for this first time THIS fucking randomly 💀😭

That fight between Joey, Paul and Billy will never not piss me off— entitled dick heads. And THEN, Danielle and Rebecca had to fucking start it all by calling Paul 🙄✋🏻

But at least Joey and Aoife are finally together and she isn’t with that controlling ass

“I was her… nothing.”

You are FAR MORE to her, Joseph Lynch.

Poor Marie was so scared of Teddy she didn’t even attend her own grandfathers funeral because Teddy wasn’t allowed

“You’re a pain in my hole.”

They’re in love already- 😂
