WRONG
While both of those are of course the most common ways that sex chromosomes are arranged but there is other ways:
XXY (Klinefelter syndrome)
X (Turner syndrome)
XYY (Jacob’s syndrome)
So that idea is disproven from a 5 second google search on genetics
Plus sex and gender is different so yk… hope I didn’t bore you
