Jack is exhausting to deal with. Have we all dated/ been a jack? He’s convinced that you and everyone else would be better off without him, he’s got a terrible self perception and nothing you can say can convince him that you do actually enjoy his company and aren’t just being “kind”. He’s got impeccable manners, seems like he’s in need of rescuing which makes him attractive but also confers him power?

lol we love a non confrontational family. Someone shows up 20 years after being completely mia and no one asks him a single question. I hate how much I empathise and love the descriptions of the top towing around, of wanting to say things and not being able to because you don’t trust how they’ll be taken, of saying stuff and having to apologize for it anyway even when it’s not your fault
