I read some more in the airport and I’m boarding the flight now. I will be thinking of you, and hope you are doing okay 🥰 I look forward to when we can next talk! Find the light where you can 🥰 stay safe!

I picked up a different book today, something to try and help my head and my overall mind. One way I’ve managed to start to survive this is I have booked my first counselling appointment and will keep reading this too. It seems good so far, very thinky in a good way ☺️ I’m feeling a bit better this evening, no longer spiralling and I’ve got everything out to pack tomorrow so I’m organised!
