They’re in the middle of a fight scene in his magic blade, Ashdrinker, is reciting a recipe for potato soup as it. And I couldn’t help laughing out loud! And part of a joke, part of what makes it funny is he hates potatoes! Oh my God, this book is hilarious and some parts and serious and others. I am loving it!

This book is fabulous! The story caught me from the start. I absolutely love the narrator, Damian Lynch. The book is well-written, engrossing, and at times, even funny, although it’s not meant to be funny and is very intense. The writer has quite a way with words, and Gabriel, the main character grows into a formidable man. I am so happy I came across this and I took a chance on it. It has been worth it!
