2. As opposed to piling up more reasons/arguments to win a negotiation, present fewer but strong reasons to support your case - do not water down your best points. “A weak argument generally dilutes a strong one”
3. Do not go on offense or defense. Rather, express curiosity with questions “You don’t see merit in this?”
