While the link between Shiva and Dionysus (and Osiris) are undeniable... so far, this book suffers because of Danielou's ignorant and bold claims on without any evidence or sources: "Tamil Indians come from Lemuria; Sumerian is a Dravidian language; Mahabharata is about Aryans vs Dravidians." All of which are easily disproven. Sticking to the gods and not propagandistic conspiracy with no sources would've been best.
