First chapter was so boring. It ended with “Don’t criticize, condemn, or complain.” Ugh. This is already proving to be a tedious read (similar to that book Atomic Habits). I could have just gone onto Pinterest and found this. The chapter was full of examples and nothing to actually apply. Why so many examples? Just two or three would have been fine. This book is starting to irritate me.
